Meet Our Staff
Hope Kminek, LMSW
I’m a master’s student intern passionate about supporting children and adults as they navigate challenges around identity and life transitions. I see therapy as a space grounded in acceptance, warmth, and mutual trust. For me, that means practicing with cultural humility, honoring the resilience each person brings, and making sure therapy is flexible and accessible to fit each person’s needs.
As an Asian American adoptee who grew up in a rural Iowa town, I understand how identity and belonging can be a source of both struggle and growth. I draw on skills from Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in their journeys.
Whitney Lang, LMSW
Real talk. Real healing. Real you. Therapy with me is grounded, affirming, and real. I hold space with intention and without judgment, inviting you to explore both your strengths and your struggles. You’ll find room to breathe, to question, to laugh, to grieve, and most importantly, to be fully yourself. Whether we’re processing burnout, exploring identity, unpacking trauma, or navigating day-to-day stressors, our work together will always move at your pace.

Will Denny, LMSW
Serving Iowa residents
Healing from the weight of other people's expectations can feel like carrying something invisible yet exhausting. Many of us experience perfectionism, masking, and endless striving to fit into roles that were not meant for us. I believe we all have the capacity to rediscover who we are beneath those layers, and I am honored to walk alongside you in that exploration.
Kim Long, LMSW
Serving Iowa and Washington residents
Whether you are working through adoption-related attachment issues, the impacts of systemic racial trauma or looking to improve your relationships, I am dedicated to supporting you on your path to connection and healing. Together, we can navigate your self discovery with empathy and expertise.
Patrick Donley, LMHC

I practice therapy that demystifies the therapeutic process and takes a direct approach to meeting the needs of my clients. My experience as a therapist has taught me that regardless of past or current situations, everyone has the potential for growth. If you're stuck, depressed, confused, numb, anxious, frustrated, angry, feeling disconnected from yourself and others, or just looking for perspective, I'm here to help.
